🔶 Copper & Brass Cookware (With or Without Kalai Coating)

  • Do not use steel wool or harsh scrubbers. Use a soft sponge or cloth.

  • For Kalai-coated items:

    • Avoid acidic foods like vinegar or tamarind.

    • Do not use in a dishwasher.

    • Hand wash gently with warm water and mild detergent.

  • To remove tarnish: Mix lemon juice and salt or use a copper cleaner.

  • Dry completely after washing to avoid water stains and oxidation.

🔶 Stainless Steel Products

  • Safe for dishwashers (unless otherwise specified).

  • For burnt stains, soak with hot water and baking soda before scrubbing.

  • Use non-abrasive scrubbers to maintain polish.

🔶 Non-Stick Coated Items

  • Use only wooden or silicone spatulas.

  • Never use metal utensils or sharp tools on the surface.

  • Hand wash gently; avoid harsh dishwashing detergents.

🔶 Wooden Bases & Accessories

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

  • Do not soak or put in the dishwasher.

  • Apply food-grade mineral oil occasionally to prevent drying or cracking.
