Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA - Please give us time so that we can ship your order, as long as payment has been received, card security checks are finished, and stock availability is verified. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in minimum 10 working days.

In cases of refusal, either the value of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Please Note for international order, Shipping charges are charge extra, call us in advance for shipping quotation before placing the order. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs. 


For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Tracking: An email containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Delivery Condition - Our logistics partner makes three tries to deliver the goods. However, if the customer does not accept the delivery within three attempts, we will charge 100% of the shipping costs to re-ship the goods.

Note - We partner with a number of third-party shipping businesses. If our logistics partner loses or misplaces the delivery, we will initiate a claim with the shipping company. We will, however, send the same amount as we expect to receive.
